What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping: Items arrive within 5-7 business days via FedEx Ground.
If you need your package upgraded to overnight or express shipping, please contact our store directly at (858)291-8041
How quickly are orders processed?
We strive to process online orders within 24 hours of receipt, weekends and holidays are excluded. Orders placed after 12 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be processed the following business day. Please note that some orders using our standard shipping option can have a 5-7 day processing time. Please allocate enough time for this or contact us immediately to select a different shipping option if you need your item sooner. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. For questions between the time your order is placed and receipt of your tracking number, email info@graciejames.com or feel free to call us at (858)291-8041. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or unforeseen weather conditions, peak season or package delays by FedEx.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Do you ship plants?
Yes, however plants can only be shipped to the 48 continental United States due to customs regulations. In an effort to protect your plant and give it the healthiest journey possible, we only ship plants Monday-Wednesdays. This way we prevent warehouse delays over the weekend. Any orders received after 3pm on Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday.
What if I would like my item gift wrapped?
We would love to assist you in making that special gift feel and look extra special with some pretty gift wrapping. Please make sure to notate “Gift Wrap” in the Customer Notes section at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order. We will wrap your item in kraft paper with decorative twine or ribbon.
What if my products arrive damaged?
We strive to package our items as securely as possible, however, occasionally damages can occur by the shipper. Upon package arrival, if your box shows any damages, or if there is any reason for you to be concerned about damage, please write "PACKAGING DAMAGED/INSPECTION NEEDED" clearly on the delivery slip that you are asked to sign. Failure to note such damages or potential for damages with the shipper at the time of delivery will limit or completely prevent GracieJames from processing a damage claim.

GracieJames reserves the right to cancel any order due to issues involving merchandise availability. Also, shipping time may vary due to availability of merchandise, in which case you will be notified of any delay as soon as possible.
